Where does this store ship from?
I ship from A Coruña, Spain.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product you can return the item but you will run with the shipping costs. Moreover return and exchanges are only possible within one week after the item has arrived. After one week I won't attend any complaint.
I try all my best to send the products in a safe and protected case but if the item is damaged due to shipping, please send me an e-mail at info(at)koljoz.com.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by me.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive (EU) depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Orders placed outside EU will take from 7 to 20 days.

How can I track my order?
Every order has a track number so you can check it online.

What If the product comes broken or with defects?

Please send me an e-mail at info(at) koljoz.com and I'll give you a return track number.
Please bear in mind that you have one week to complain. That means: once the product is at home with you, you have one week. After that time I won't attend any returns.

I am not good in English, how can I ask you?

You can ask me all you want in English, Portugese, German and Spanish ;-)

Of course! You won't be forgotten! You'll be the first one to hear about discounts, coupons and exclusive designs, no matter how much did you spend. Every customer is loved here.

After the purchase, what will you do with my data?
Data protection laws in Europe are very clear: lose it! So no problem, I won't share your personal or fincancial data to third parties.
